They missed it. Every single one.

Lexi Gilbert spent 41 years building a life on the outside of every structure that failed to understand her. Several businesses. Seventeen years in HR leadership. Nine industries. A Women Entrepreneur Award, no degree, a single mother with a two-year-old at home. Outcomes that made people ask how she pulled it off.

And still. She built careers in rooms that questioned her credentials before she opened her mouth. Climbed structures designed to filter her out. Was undermined by the people she led, managed by people who couldn't measure her, and still produced results nobody could explain.

TEJĀMANAS Magazine was born from that moment. For the misdiagnosed. The late-diagnosed. The ones still holding everything together while quietly wondering why the world feels like it was built for someone else.

The story about neurodivergent women in high-capacity roles has been told wrong, by systems that mistook difference for deficiency, by organizations that filtered out the people they needed most, by a world that kept calling it a disability when it was always something else.

TEJĀMANAS Magazine exists to change that.
